Our packages are paid in advance, on a rolling basis, securing you secure a set number of hours each month and guaranteeing you get the most out of our service. You will receive a consistent, high-quality service, without the hassle of last-minute arrangements. Our packages provide peace of mind for a reliable, and guaranteed service every month.
You not only save money and get guaranteed hours, you also have priority over ad-hoc Pay As You Go clients, allowing you to focus on what matters – growing your business, while we handle the rest.
5 Hour Block
- This option is best for small amounts of work.
- Buy upfront and book 5 hours at a discounted rate
- Save £25 from the standard Rate!
10 Hour Block
- Best for those who have regular work.
- Buy upfront and book 10 hours at a discounted rate
- Save £50 from the standard Rate!
20 Hour Block
- Best for those with a higher amount of regular work.
- Buy upfront and book 20 hours at a discounted rate
- Save £100 from the standard rate!
Pay by the hour..........
OXVAS also offers Pay As You Go hourly rates, should you not wish to use one of our cost effective packages. If you choose to use our PAYG service you will be billed £40 per hour used, at the end of each calendar month.
Payments
- All payments to OXVAS are due within 7 days on receipt of an invoice.
- Standard hours are billed in increments of 30 minutes.
- All hours are billed at the agreed pay as you go rate or package rate as stated in your signed agreement.
- Any additional office expenses incurred such as stationery, telephone calls, postage, couriers etc… will be charged at cost and billed separately.
- Bulk printing will be outsourced and charged at cost and will be billed separately.
- Travel will be charged according to the HMRC standard rate of 0.45p per mile.
Payment methods accepted: BACs.
